RESTAURANTS
Ettukettu - The Speciality Restaurant
Ettukettu, a multi cuisine 115 seater Speciality Restaurant offers a potpourri of exotic preparations unique to the land. It occupies a pride of place at the centre of the complex with well-appointed bar within. This magnificent traditional structure, formerly the home of a noble family, is the perfect anchorage to explore the world around.
The Indian, Continental, Chinese, Muglai, North Indian and traditional Kerala culinary delicacies is a gourmet’s delight

At the Ettukettu Restaurant, the accent is on ethnic Kerala cooking. The fresh catch of the day, coconuts and a slew of fragrant spices lends the cuisine its very own flavor. Specialties served here include Syrian Christian Duck Roast, Duck Curry, Karimeen Pollichuthu, Karimeen Mappas, soft spongy rice bread called Appams, Thamarappam, Iddiappams (string hoppers) and many more. Besides tropical fruits, vegetables and cereals.

Vembanad “Seafood Bar”
This is a seafood bar unlike any other. Abutting the scenic backwaters, with a rustic, sea-faring ambience, it makes the perfect backdrop to soak in the typical Kerala cuisine. As you savour the grandeur of the sunset.
The menu includes anything and everything in seafood, with a special section and chef in attendance for the Kerala specialities.

Thattukada - The Traditional Tea Shop
You don’t get to be a Keralite without snacking at a Thattu kada. And we have spared no effort to recreate one in its original, rustic splendour. The boiling vessel that spews steam, the cluster of bananas that hang by coir ropes, the open frying pan, the aroma of freshly firied snacks, the easy camaraderie. Open in evenings, the Thattu kada is an inviting place to be in. To strike up a conversation, to sip a tea, keep hunger at bay, exchange pleasantries, and relish a bit of Kerala you’ll cherish for a long time to come.

POOL
The large, tranquil pool beside the open, shimmering lake is the perfect place for a relaxing lap or two. Either in the mornings or in the cool breeze of the evenings. The attached Jacuzzi is equally inviting; the perfect antidote for tired limbs after a hectic day of leisure.
